The organizational efforts and the outstanding achievements of the past years, brought Marcialonga Cycling Craft on top of the world: the Italian Granfondo is part of  the international circuit "Gran Fondo World Tour", that includes five prestigious races in three continents.

The GFWT will start in April 2016 with the Marathon of Barcelona, followed by the Colorado stage in the United States and then, on June 12^th, in Italy for the 10. Marcialonga Cycling Craft, in the Fiemme and Fassa valleys of the Trentino region. After the beautiful and demanding Dolomites climbs, in July the Tour will move to the Pyrenees for the GF of Andorra and then all across Europe to the Kazakh GF Almaty in September.
 
"The end is my beginning" wrote Tiziano Terzani, a description of the circuit that will close where it began, in Spain, with the GF World Championship in Tarragona. Athletes will compete in these exciting stages around the world having the opportunity to combine the passion for cycling with the expansion of their personal travelling culture.

The first edition of this new and important cycling event was officially presented on September 12^th during the "CosmoBikeShow" in Verona, at the presence of Dani Buyo, the General Manager of the Gran Fondo World Tour and Gloria Trettel, the C.E.O. of Marcialonga: "The participation in this international circuit is not only a honor but also a prestigious chance for the celebration of the ten editions of our Granfondo".
