11th MARCIALONGA RUNNING - 1st SEPTEMBER 2013 

 

THE GREEN EMOTION

Green like the ending summer grass, and like the wood that meets the high and beautiful  Dolomites. The fresh air smells good and the special atmosphere of nature is all around.  

The runners pass by, one step after another, listening to their heartbeats and keeping the gaze fixed. But a smile suddenly appears where they meet the people who support them until the finish line.

The wish is to reach the top of the climb without slowing down, but they are nearly to the end, and the most important thing is to arrive.

The race is a game with yourself but also an experience to live and share with friends, training mates, or with the runners met before and during the competition, and they are really a lot! 1600 competitors who run with passion from Moena, the fairy of the Dolomites, to Cavalese, where also the famous Marcialonga skiing arrives.

And when they get there, the sincere hug of adventure friends and relatives is accompanied by the satisfaction to have reached the finish and to have lived a fantastic experience.
