IMPORTANT INFORMATION

THE NEW SERVICES

The following services are available along the course (click on the MAP):

RACE OFFICE

Check you starting number on the START LIST or download the free app:

   

Start-numbers must be collected at the race office in Cavalese, Congress Centre, presenting a personal document during the following hours:

THURSDAY                           3.00 P.M. - 7.00 P.M.
FRIDAY      9.00 A.M. - 12.00  3.00 P.M. - 7.00 P.M.
SATURDAY               9.00 A.M. -  20.30 P.M.

TIMING

Applied inside the bib there is a chip-timing device. It is mandatory for competitors to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race (chip on the chest). The transponder will register the start and the finish time and the intermediate times at the different checkpoints. The chip must be returned to the organisers right after the finish (penalty of € 50,00).

BUS SERVICE

Competitors can use both private cars (use permit on the bib envelope)  or the free buses provided by the organisation to reach the start. Detailed bus timetables HERE. Buses will bring back competitors to their villages until 7.00 p.m.

CLOTHES SACK

Clothes will be collected at the start and carried to the finish: one ticket must be fixed to a cloth, the other one must be used to close the plastic sack that must be delivered to the lorry with the same colour. It is mandatory to leave the sack on the lorries as the Organising Committee is not responsible for the bags left in the boxes. The participants of the Marcialonga Light can collect their clothes sack at the finish in Predazzo.

FINISH

In the finish zone the following services are available: showers, dressing-room, food station, ski deposit, and clothes sack collection. All the services are available at the finish in Predazzo for the participants of the Marcialonga Light.

DIPLOMA AND PARTICIPATION MEDAL

The diploma with the intermediate times must be booked in advance at the race office. The price is € 5,00. At the end of the race, the diploma can be collected at the appropriate stand in the finish zone in Cavalese.  All competitors will receive a special medal right after the finish line.

EQUIPMENT CHANGED DURING THE RACE – LOST & FOUND

Skis and poles replaced during the race and the sacks not collected at the finish can be found at the race office after 3 p.m. or from Monday afternoon at the Marcialonga office in Predazzo.

WORLDLOPPET

Marcialonga is a member of Worldloppet, the most important cross-country ski circuit of the world. The passport stamp is available at the appropriate stand in the finish zone.
