There are only few days left to the 49th Marcialonga di Fiemme e Fassa.
Read with attention the following information that you will need before, during and after the race and avoiding unpleasant situations and so get the best out of your Marcialonga experience.

Attention: SOME INFORMATIONS IN THE MAGAZINE AND ON THE BAG ARE NOT CORRECT BUT THEY HAVE BEEN UPDATED FOR LOGISTIC REASONS. PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL CAREFULLY.

RACE OFFICE – CAVALESE PALAFIEMME
Start-numbers must be collected at the Race Office in Cavalese (Palafiemme Congress Centre).

In order to get in the Race Office / Expo it is necessary to show th­­e Reinforced Green Certification (2G) and an ID document.

THURSDAY 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
FRIDAY 9:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m
SATURDAY 9:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m

In order to collect the bib on Sunday it is necessary to show the Green Certification (3G) and an ID document:

SUNDAY 5:00 a.m - 7:00 a.m

Always wear the mask FFP2. Before entering the race office, the staff will measure the body temperature and only those who have a temperature below 37,5° may get in.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR BIB COLLECTION
To collect the bib, you must present your personal ID and the Autodeclaration “Health Questionnaire”.
It is possible to delegate someone to pick up the bib. The information and the required documents are on the FORM "PROXY"
TIMING
Applied inside the bib there is a chip-timing device. It is mandatory for competitors to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race (chip on the back). Wear any backpack under the bib. The transponder will register the start and the finish time and the intermediate times at the checkpoints. The chip is disposable, and it is not necessary to return it after the race.

ROAD CLOSURE AND CAR PASS
The morning of the race the main street is temporary closed between Predazzo and San Giovanni Sèn Jan di Fassa. Competitors can reach the start zone using their own car and exposing the envelope that represents a special pass.

Only the competitors that booked the bus in advance and show the ticket may use the early-morning bus to go to the Start (Reinforced Green Pass (2G) and FFP2 face mask).

After the finish, all the competitors may take the free buses to get back to the villages. The service is available from 12:00 until 7:00 pm. (Reinforced Green Pass (2G) and FFP2 face mask).

CLOTHES BAG
Clothes bag will be collected at the start and carried to the finish: the bag must be well closed, and you must apply the sticker with your starting number on the appropriate space. Deliver the bag to the staff in the starting zone. The Organising Committee is not responsible for the bags and clothes left in the boxes. Only bags provided by the organisation must be used.

The bag can be collected after the finish line, on presentation of the bib with the FFP2 face mask on and after sanitising hands.

START
Before entering the starting zone do the gate check-in:

• check if the skier is wearing the FFP2 mask
• check if the skier is wearing the bib and if the number corresponds to the gate

After passing the check-in, wait in the gate. You may take it off one minute before the start, then put it in your pocket or in the appropriate containers.

The start in Moena will be given in different waves according to the timetable (ATTENTION: the starting times of the first groups have changed from previous communications). The opening of the boxes could be postponed in case of queues in the first part of the course.

REFRESHMENTS AND SERVICES
You may enter the refreshment area one at a time within the designated lanes.
Stand in line and stay calm. Dumping of waste outside the dedicated containers is forbidden. The OC is authorised to disqualify (or penalize) the competitors who do not respect this rule.
ATTENTION: the refreshment post in Panchià will NOT be present.

FINISH
Once you have crossed the finish line you must wear the FPP2 mask.
You will receive a medal and will have access to the services: medical station, refreshments, bag collection, take-away meal, bus.

NOTICE FOR ATHLETES 1-300: the bags of clothes in Cavalese are located near the Ski Classics truck and NOT in the storage in the square.

DIPLOMA
You can book your diploma and the T-shirt finisher with your race time ore the complete package. You must pay the service at the race office  from Thursday to Saturday and pick it up after the race in the same place. 

EQUIPMENT CHANGED DURING THE RACE – LOST & FOUND
Not collected bags, skis and poles replaced during the race can be recovered at the Marcialonga office from Monday at 2 pm. The equipment will be available for 15 days.

RANKING & LIVE RESULTS
Live results will be available as usual on www.marcialonga.it.
You will be able to check the athlete's position on the map and check their intermediate times on the following link

For the Trentino people the live broadcast will be guaranteed by RTTR - from 7.45 to 12.00.
The radio station Radio Fiemme (frequency 103.7 MHz Val di Fiemme and 104 Val di Fassa) will dedicate Saturday and Sunday to Marcialonga.
