42. MARCIALONGA - IMPORTANT NOTICE

Despite the lack of snow and the high temperatures that characterized this strange winter, Marcialonga has been working hard to guarantee the race on the 25 of January. Snow cannons has been producing a huge lot of artificial snow so we could guarantee at least the length of 57 km and of 33 km for the Marcialonga Light with finish in Predazzo.

The start has been moved in Mazzin, starting from 9.00 a.m.  The opening of the boxes could be postponed in case of queues in the first part of the course, to allow everybody to ski according to their own skill. The check-in at the gate is obligatory.

Clothes will be collected at the start and carried to the finish. It is mandatory to leave the sack on the lorry and not enter the box with it.

Competitors can use both private cars (use permit on the bib envelope) or the free buses provided by the organisation to reach the start. The bus timetables is the following:
