Also Fischer attended with the Italian sales manager Gabriele Amadigi and theCEO of the Italian Olympic Committee Giovanni Malagò.
Focusing on Marcialonga, we saw director Davide Stoffie, President Angelo Corradini and race director Enzo Macor, talking.
What was often remarked is the strong will to organize the 48th Marcialonga di Fiemme e Fassa, respecting all security measures. This is a short overview of the main topics:
PARTICIPATION: The expected number of participants is much lower than usual, so that minor participation will be fundamental to guarantee the respect of regulations and everyone's security.
TRACK IS CONFIRMED on 70 km, starting from Moena and arriving in Cavalese, viale Mendini.
There will be a slight modification on the track avoiding the center of Predazzo. The arrival of Marcialonga Light will be in the Olympic Ski Jumping Stadium before the village.
The Refreshment points are confirmed with some changes, as it was at Marcialonga Coop in september: single and packed snacks, with volunteers serving the skiers.
The Transports will also have some changes. The skiers will be invited to use their own cars to move to the start, while buses will be only available upon booking between Cavalese and Moena. Transportation will also be guaranteed after the race to go back to Moena, on the track Cavalese-Moena.
The Start will have some modificatations to guarantee distance amongst competitors. Each competitor will start with their skis on, to have both lateral and frontal distancing. The will be divided into 5 groups according to start times, which will guarantee a smooth and distanced start.
The face mask will have to be worn at all times at the race office and in all the places connected to the race, up to one minute before the start, when it will be stored in the pocket. Upon arrival, the organization will give everyone a new mask to wear.
Some documents will be asked: the self- declarationa and a covid-questionnarie.
